Managing Partner

Lucas Hansen

Lucas has been in the roofing and construction industry for 20 years. As a graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Lucas joined Sierra Coast Products in 2002. He had the good fortune of working alongside his father, Don Hansen, and is honored to continue his legacy. Lucas prides himself on being a technical resource for the Design Community and his Contractor Partners. He is committed to providing professionalism and consistent communication in every aspect of the construction process.

Managing Partner

Josh Hansen

Josh has been in the roofing industry for the past 18 years specializing in Commercial and Residential Roofing Solutions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and joined Sierra Coast Products in 2003. Josh strives to ensure a successful project with thorough product selection and design assistance.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandra, and three kids on the sports fields, boating at the lake, or catching up to his kids down the slopes.

Donovan Hoff

Donovan has been in the roofing industry since 1997, and joined the Sierra Coast Products team in 2009. Donovan started his career on the sheet metal side of the business specializing in metal roofing and raingutter systems. He then moved into the commercial roofing segment in the early 2000’s. With over 20+ years of experience, Donovan brings a wide range of technical roofing product knowledge. He regularly conducts AIA Accredited Continuing Education Courses throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.

Donovan resides in Pleasanton, California with wife Jennifer and their two sons.

Business Development

Alexis Deadwiley

Alexis has been in the roofing industry since 2004, and joined the Sierra Coast team in 2022. She began her career in distribution learning all facets of the business and then ventured into commercial contracting. Alexis brings a wide range of professional skills with strong emphasis on communication and customer relations.

Alexis is a member of the National Women in Roofing Organization (NWIR) since 2019 and enjoys kayaking and roller skating in her free time.

Manufacturer’s Rep

Scott Stilwell

Scott has been a part of the roofing industry since 2017, but his journey began much earlier in 1996 when his mother started her career in roofing distribution. Starting out in distribution, he loaded roofs and quickly worked his way up. Over the years, Scott has held outside sales positions with notable manufacturers, further enhancing his expertise. He joined the team in June of 2024 and takes pride in his extensive product knowledge and service skills. Outside of work, Scott enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams, playing golf, and volunteering in the community.
